"Hi, I’m Bonnie Berget and I live in
Santa Fe, New Mexico where the humidity gets down
to 4%.
I am so excited and grateful to Linda Storey
for personally doing EFT with me and in helping
me put a complete stop a 20 year old habit of
using over the counter nose spray to keep my perpetually
blocked nose open and moist.
We did this
in one session.
I started out using nose spray as a result of a
sinusitis attack, using it only twice a day as recommended,
then increased it to at least 4 times a day and then
over the last 10 years have used it randomly whenever
I felt uncomfortable that my nose was shutting off
to where I couldn’t breathe through my nose
at all.
This most often occurred when I had a cold,
had to do a lot of talking where I was breathing
through my mouth, when I was around cigarette smoke
and campfires and even air conditioners. Drinking
even one sip of wine would also set things off.
During the day my nose would only stay clear for
a couple of hours at a time and the only
way I could get relief was to use the nose spray,
proving to me that I had truly developed an addiction
to it.
I knew it wasn’t good for me, and no matter
how much I worked to stop using it, I always gave
in to the uncomfortable feeling of have a closed
off nose.
When I didn’t have any nose spray
available I would "drive the extra mile" to
get it in desperation. My motto was "don't leave
home without it!"
My doctor recommended I use a saline solution but
it had no effect. It gave me no relief, so I gave
that up.
The first day after using EFT I felt totally
cleared of the need for nose spray and I threw
away three bottles of it.
Since then every
time I come across another bottle, I don’t
give a second thought as to using it or keeping
it "just because I might need it."
I have not used nose spray for eight months
now...I love that.
I am able to breathe clearly all the time now and
when my nose feels dry I find that an occasional
use of the saline solution the doctor originally
recommended adds the additional moisture needed.
Thank
you so much Linda for your loving help in ending
this 20 year problem for me."
